Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List] '%APPDATA%\20Speed.exe' = '%APPDATA%\20Speed.exe:*:Enabled:20Speed.exe'
Creates and executes the following:
- '%APPDATA%\20Speed.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%APPDATA%\20Speed.exe" "20Speed.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system:
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\20Speed.exe
Network activity:
Connects to:
- '5.###.242.252':80
