Modifies file system:

- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\VBS3.vbs
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\svchcst.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\VBS3.vbs
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\svchcst.exe
Moves itself:
- from <Full path to file> to %APPDATA%\svchcst.exe
