Creates and executes the following

- '<SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe' /C type nul > "<Full path to file>:Zone.Identifier"' (with hidden window)
- '<SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe' /c copy "<Full path to file>" "<LS_APPDATA>\scxzca.exe"' (with hidden window)
- '<SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe' /c, "<LS_APPDATA>\scxzca.exe"' (with hidden window)
- '<SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe' /C type nul > "<LS_APPDATA>\scxzca.exe:Zone.Identifier"' (with hidden window)
Executes the following
