Creates or modifies the following files
- %APPDATA%\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\startup\0c1af4b2f483485bdb853a3ab3313d3b.exe
Malicious functions

blocks the following features:
- User Account Control (UAC)
Executes the following
- '%WINDIR%\syswow64\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\server.exe" "server.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system
Creates the following files

- %TEMP%\4134\4134.exe
- %TEMP%\server.exe
Deletes the following files
- %TEMP%\4441\4441.exe
- %TEMP%\4134\4134.exe
